Yahoo Not Accepting Abassador Signups

Yahoo Ambassador seems to be no longer accepting applications on their programme. Ambassador is Yahoo’s answer to the Google Professional qualification. If you go onto the sign-up page you will see: Yahoo will no longer be accepting new Ambassador applications until further notice. Your Thoughts??
