Thursday, den 7. August 2008Yahoo has confirmed that a ‘tabulation error’ occurred in the shareholder vote count conducted by Broadridge Financial Solutions, the independent firm hired to do the job. Turns out, just over half of the shareholders felt the need to vote Chairman Roy Bostock and CEO Jerry Yang. Click here for the latest tally results.

Mediaset Sues Google for £403 million
Monday, den 4. August 2008Mediaset, the Italian media firm owned by Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is suing Google’s YouTube for around $800m (£403m) over copyright infringement. Mediaset joins a growing number of international broadcasters launching major compensation lawsuits against YouTube.  Read more here.
