Samsung Unveil First Android Phone

Samsung have just announced the much anticipated release of their first Android powered phone (for those of you who don’t know already; Android is Google’s open based operating system for mobile phones, currently being used by HTC for the G1 and Magic.) The first Android powered Samsung phone will be called the I7500 and will be on sale from June in all the major European countries. Features include a 3.2-inch, 320 x 480 pixel AMOLED touchscreen, WiFi, GPS, 5 megapixel camera with Power LED, 1,500mAh battery, 8GB of storage (plus MicroSD expansion for up to 32GB more), and a standard 3.5mm heasdset jack.
