On it’s launch date, Bing accounted for 10.8% of all UK Search Engine traffic. Although it had 10.8% on launch, it has decreased to 3.1% of all search engine traffic on the 6th June.

Although traffic has decreased since launch, average time on page has increased to 8.5 minutes. Robin Goad, research director at Hitwise UK, said, “This is half of Google’s number but only slightly below Yahoo, suggesting that people are using Bing rather than just visiting out of curiosity.”
