Is youtube down? – Http/1.1 Service Unavailable error for youtube

It seems that as of 25th March at 12pm (GMT) Youtube.com is down and is returning an “Http/1.1 Service Unavailable” error. Is the internet falling apart? wikipedia, google analytics, twitter and now youtube, which site is going to break next?
