Chrome OS Adding “Polish”
June
24th
TechCrunch have reported that the Google developers have began to polish up their new OS to get it looking nice and shiny! They have said that in particular it’s looking much more cut down and cleaner. They also have a number of brand new features including a new options panel, a new side bar option for browser tabs, new log in screens, notification pop ups and a new content browser. Google Chrome OS is definitely looking more like a finished product now than when we first saw the early beta screenshots. Expect to see Chrome OS on machines in time for Christmas 2010.
