HP TouchPad tablet sold out everywhere after firesale was announced
August
23rd
HP’s strategy to get rid of all their tablets after announcing that they will stop working with the WebOS operative system was to reduce the price by almost 70%, leading to 1000s of buyers to perform “accidental” DDOS attacks on online retailers.
Feels like HP Touchpad hunters are currently accidentally DDOSing more websites than the AnonymousIRC and LulzSec groups together
Originally the 16 GB model with WiFi was priced at £350, now (if you are an F5 ninja) it can be found for £89.
