Who feels sorry for Google?

Eric Schmidt is in front of a senate committee this week, defending Google’s dominance in Search. It is suspected that Schmidt will not only suggest that Google does not abuse its power, but in fact might be losing its dominance due to new channels for researching information, such as Social Media.

I’m not one to feel sorry for Google, but I do agree with the argument that Google shouldn’t be held back from ever improving Search (and thus their dominance) as long as they are never doing evil. Good luck Eric – don’t say anything stupid!
