Tug is a fast growing Search Engine Marketing agency based in cool offices in Shoreditch, East London. Tug offers its clients comprehensive, integrated SEO and PPC services as well as Social Media services. We have a young, can do attitude to life and work! We are currently on the lookout for a cool, computer geek to join our team.
About You
A university graduate, or with a technical trade or with a first job under your belt. You are mature enough to work independently, good at problem solving, hard working and eager to learn.
You must have strong communication skills, be detail oriented and very organised. Of course you need to love computers and the web. You like to blog and visit your favourite forums regularly – any SEO experience is a plus, but not essential – but you need to have a good idea what it is!
You are a native German speaker, while still being fluent in English (both written & oral).
The Role
Reporting to the SEO Director, the SEO Executive will spend most of their time link building for a wide variety of client websites. Emphasis for this role will be on our German clients – with the rest being work on UK and US based clients. The candidate will also be expected to help the PPC team with German clients – thus there is the opportunity to learn how to integrate PPC & SEO.
No two clients are alike, so each day will be a different challenge. All link building will be done manually, with daily targets. The right candidate will have the opportunity to move up quickly in this growth focused company.

- Directory submissions
- Article submissions
- Optimised video submissions
- Optimised image submissions
- Blogging
- Forum seeding
